Introduction

You have permission of course to study this, subject it to legal and expert analysis, to cite it, to share it, to talk about it. It does I feel discuss a fundamental dilemma in the interpretation of law, legal framework, basis for the individual and group, and American society.

It is a series of papers (Web pages and PDFs) on ObamaCare Problematic Theory. There are 3 or 4 main parts to the argument, in several Web pages and PDFs. I list them here. I feel they recommend substantive analysis and review, and present several arguments against ObamaCare in succinct format. Note that I think that several features of ObamaCare may be just fine, but should be set in different context — but that the premise, framework, and basis of ObamaCare is a serious mistake, difficult to reverse, that interlinks to other mistakes and omissions, and that can be seen to contradict routine activity by various types of individuals and groups — a type of center that comes from within, and is represented by autonomy, interdependence, and independence. This gets to a definitional sense of what the individual-and-society is about; and the individual; and the Framers had their own interpretation that is well-suited for the latter 3 conditions (see the paper/s on my read as a compute-center Constitution).

The following should fit into the analysis category. The material itself should stand or not on its merits.
