The American Marxist State
The American Marxist State
An Introduction

Background
------------------------------------------------------------
In this paper I outline some things and describe others to some detail. It is consistent with the intent of the compute-center Constitution, and the Declaration Of Independence; and it describes the premise and some of what the United States defined as the American Marxist State would like like, representing the people, and supporting the Republicans of 2014, the subtype progressives (and not all progressives are of this type), and Marxists. It would also protect rights, and seek to establish a sense of responsible freedom, in the state, that so many of us have, as Republicans, Marxists, subtype progressives, and others.
Government as ‘the political’ would be refuted, and denied power.
The military would find its better theory, retaining its strength. It would be able to better serve its function, and those within its existing structure might recognize many of the things I write in this document. The US military should be the modern military in both theory and strategy. It has its training and dedication, and expert technology, but it needs modern theory and strategy.
(In my initial introduction paper on ObamaCare Problematic Theory (pdf, “The Fundamental Nature Of ObamaCare — Introduction”) I describe many problematic features of ObamaCare. Operation Chokepoint seems to be consistent with Obama Theory and Praxis, as is the document “Now Is The Time” pdf available at www.whitehouse.gov. I would suggest that the military take this into account — and also consider whether the stock market is representative of commerce when it’s seen as commerce as a thing, to be considered also as noumenon; and the premise that economic activity is from the company, the individual, and the state, and then among the several states. Economic reality is so important. 45 million apparently are in persistent and enforced poverty; and we have recurring recessions — hardly economic stability, and definitely not reflecting reality layers to the economy. Welfare, I suggest, as a resource, that the military can recognize; and not its current 40 year definition as a structured dependency layer. That’s to consider the America as the United States Of America, consistent with the compute-center Constitution. Note also my paper here on nxmvc, available from the home page www.nxmvc.com, on the free market gravity well visualization. There are several possible contexts for this.)
In the document I also describe how the Constitution meant to indicate the relationship the generals, the President, and Congress. I also describe the proper place and definition of the State Department, in the Constitutional consistent relationship.
These structures and relationship and dynamic are so important to understand.
I indicate a blend of the free market gravity well visualization, the free market, and Marxist economics.

Compute-Center Constitution
------------------------------------------------------------
In my read of the Constitution the past few weeks, I’ve realized that the Constitution is more in alignment with my idea of what a Marxist State would indicate, in terms of philosophy and society, by not only the Constitution’s theory and premise and so forth, but in its explicit structure and arrangement of Congress, the enumerateds, and the way it states things and uses its terms. It is concise and clarity. This only strengthens my idea of the US Constitution as a compute-center Constitution, from earlier this year.
In the context of Marxism, later below, I mention Hegel’s Philosophy Of Right; and it’s clear to me that the compute-center Constitution is consistent both with Philosophy Of Right, and with Thomas Paine’s Common Sense (I have the Fall River Press edition).

Some Initial Pointers
------------------------------------------------------------
The American Marxist State...
would support, protect, and not mandate religion
would support and protect speech
would support and protect the Internet
would support and protect the labor unions
would have a state TV, radio, and website
would establish a Marxist paper in New York
would protect most of the papers out there,
that is, the press,
as long as it is consistent with the means to the individual and so forth,
that are just that,
and these would naturally be consistent with Hegel’s The Philosophy Of Right, the section Ethicality,
and other natural intuitive senses of the individual, the state, the family, and society,
including in other nations;
and do not try to organize through thought as political-only,
would challenge liberal media thought with content,
or would restructure it,
so as to protect reputation and material effort,
to represent the individual in the US and in other nations, and their leaders, and to protect these also.
would recognize that national socialism and social democracy
do not stand up to scrutiny,
do not put people in position based on merit,
nor product or idea,
and negate a lot of hard work and genuine effort.
would work with the RNC, NRCC, subtype progressives, and Marxists
would look to the creation of a Blue Party (subtype progressive)
would create a Communist Party, although this would be the American interpretation, say the ACP
These are my own views, and could be refined.
Marxism is structure and theory.

The Paper
------------------------------------------------------------
I have put the following paper on the shelf. I’m interested in deeper ideas from the structure and arrangement, of Congress, and what is meant by ‘President’ of the United States, in the Constitution, and how much can be obtained by acknowledgment of these. Feel free to review the paper and to study it for reference. In the next section “Notes”, then, I indicate some resources.
The social democratists and national socialists have denied us access to the compute-center Constitution, for so long, that observations from the following document may be relevant.

Notes
------------------------------------------------------------
I have not looked into Communist Parties in the US. There may be differences of opinion on how things should be, and I’m stating what is simply my own view and interpretation of things.
For further reading I recommend The World Socialist Web Site (Marxist) and Z Magazine (subtype progressive) and Z Communications.
For further reading on our own hemisphere I recommend Americas Program.
I refer to The Communist Manifesto by Marx and Engels, the Pathfinder edition, available on Barnes & Noble here. It’s likely also available at Amazon (www.amazon.com) and other fine stores. There are other versions of TCM. TCM provides historical criticism, careful analysis, and paragraphs that interlock.
I refer to Marx, A Contribution to the Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right 1844.pdf. I obtained the document from www.marxists.org. A careful read is required. It is worth study. It is format literature. Like the Amendments, Marx starts out with religion as fundamental; and a careful grasp of its significance is required. Once you see what Marx is saying on the matter, things become clear about religion; but you have to understand religion and its significance, and various views on it. After that, various types of criticism become clear, in context.
I recommend Hegel’s The Philosophy Of Right by Alan White, or Philosophy Of Right by G. W. F. Hegel, Dover Philosophical Classics, available here.
