Proposed Amendments (7 Of Them)






7 Proposed Amendments To The United States Constitution

These Cover Free Persons, The Military, At-Liberty & Health Insurance Products Market, The Repeal Of Amendment 17, Among Other Things




Proposed Amendment 1

The military shall be appointed by Congress, or by the military as guided by Congress. Period.


Proposed Amendment 2

A Declaration Of War (being necessary to War) shall be declared in 1 of 3 ways:

1.) The Generals petition Congress for a Declaration of War.
2.) The President, or the States, petition the Generals and Congress for a Declaration of War.
3.) Congress provides for a Declaration of War.

This is meant only to re-state and further define what is in the original text.


Proposed Amendment 3

All Persons are now Free Persons. This replaces Amendment 13.


Proposed Amendment 4

All Persons are at-Liberty to define and practice their own health. Period. (The proposed KAS Law.)


Proposed Amendment 5

The free market directive for health insurance products. (The proposed Ann Coulter Law.)


Proposed Amendment 6

The People have a right to state media, in addition to existing government department and agency media -- that shall circulate among topics, and record accurately, including the federal government, the States, the Indian Tribes, and the Foreign Nations. It shall not replace free market media, and all such workings of media shall be in accord with the freedom of the press (the actual printing press, what the Framers meant).


Proposed Amendment 7

Amemendment 17 is hereby repealed. The original text is left intact, to wit, the States' Legislatures shall appoint, each, 2 Senators to the Congress.
