TWO BILLS EACH SUCCINCT-IN-STATEMENT-AND-TMAX-STATEMENT-LAW PURSUANT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION THAT RUINS OBAMACARE AND WITH LIBERTY INTACT
The United States Congress should immediately pass two succinct statement bills that provides Liberty Pursuant to the Constitution for each individual against ObamaCare as follows.
BILL A
Each Person shall have the right to define and practice his or her own health.
Kick it to committee and put it forth for President Trump to sign.
I'll explain more later, but a careful understanding and grasp of ObamaCare proves this to be a fact, and deeply True.

Ann Coulter's bill dismantles the financial and economic framework of ObamaCare available as a Power and Right to each American.
Recall that Ann Coulter's bill reads as follows:
BILL B
In America, it shall be legal to sell health insurance on the free market. This law supersedes all other laws, taxes, mandates, coverage requirements, regulations or prohibitions, state or federal.
RECOMMENDATION AND JUSTIFICATION
I would pass these 2 bills at the same time, into Law, pursuant to Amendment 4 and its premise, and Amendment 10 and its premise and furtherance and protective principle.
These should be 2 separate bills, so that they can be cited clearly in each person’s mind and paper, and discussed among us, by number and content, as 2 separate things to consider, each with its own logic and basis, effect and reason.
I would pass these 2 bills at the same time, into Law, pursuant to the United States Constitution, Amendment 4 and its premise, and Amendment 10 and its premise and furtherance and protective principle, and the Commerce directive, and the free market framework so implied by the Commerce directive and the States’ Law.
Note that together the 2 bills a) define health protections and Liberty and b) define the free market permit and framework; and that these 2 (a) and (b) are separate matters, but mutually supporting. A primary goal of ObamaCare was to glue together one’s individual health decisions and theory, and the markets, and the billions of paper specifications from HHS and many other departments and agencies. This of course was improper and cumbersome and untenable and anti-truth and un-reality and anti-stone and anti-human and anti-Liberty and anti-markets and anti-Marxist and anti-United States Constitution.
They (the 2 bills as stated) could at a later time be passed as Constitutional Amendments and then ObamaCare and national socialism would never return in effect of health.
