Mr. Comey, Former FBI Director, should be given fair and direct hearing, and then indicted for at least the following.
Obstruction Of Justice
Partiality
Prejudice In Many Of His Prosecutions And Statements And Memos
Intent To Deny Evidence
Making False Statements That He Knew About
Making Foreign Policy Statements Regarding 'To Impugn Russia' -- Without Basis & In Clear Contradiction Of United States Ideals & Impartiality & Actual Evidence Of Anything At All Other Than Proper And Due Dialogue And Communication
Wrongful Prosecution Over Many Cases Throughout 26 Years
Willful Contradiction In Repeated And Pattern Manner Of The United States Constitution & Various Law Pursuant Thereof & With It As Its Basis
& So Forth
Each Of These Points Can Be Validated.
I Suggest A Fair And C-Span & Network & Cable News Available & PBS Available Public Hearing, Indictment, & If Law & Ethics & Justice Display The Above &/Or More Then Conviction & Likely The Penalty Congress Should Determine, & Likely Punitive Penalty Including Fine, Investigation Of Finances, Investigation Of Influence, Investigation Of Like-Minded Colleagues (Of Mr. Comey's) For Possible Wrongdoing Also In A Direct & Fair Manner & Likewise Indictment & So Forth, Investigation Of Criminal Conspiracy, & To Involve Former President Barack Obama In Such Investigation, Fair & Direct Inquiry With Possible Indictment & Conspiracy Charges (To Contradict Yet Again The United States Constitution & Any Law That You Can Think Of Pursuant Thereof That Applies Or Not) & Willful Use And Mis-Use Of Power.
Michelle Obama Can Be Called To Testify; And She Is Sub-Type Progressive Who Is Entirely Honest & Intellect & Dynamic & With Razor Sharp Credentials.
Joe Biden Can Likewise Be Called To Testify, As Can Frank Rizzo The Land Agent, Rahm Emmanuel, & Jonathan Gruber; All Outstanding Individuals, Period; & See For Yourself; & Not All Testimony Under Oath, But Only As Expert & Knowledgeable Witnesses & To Testify To 'Fact' & 'What Is The Case', And 'Memory Conversation', And 'In Particular', In Any Given Circumstance Or Situation, Including Direct Conversation & Intent & Spoken Word & Representation & So Forth. They Should & Likely Would 'Be Counted On', & Expert Evidence.
Former FBI Director James Comey & Former President Barack Obama & Former Secretary Of State Hillary Clinton Can & Should Be Required, On The Contrary, To Testify Under Oath. This Is Most Effective.
